NOC for name change in Electricity bill

Sir/MadamnPlease advise, can adhoc committee issue NOC for name change in Electricity bill.Still society is not registered, Maintainence is taken by the Adhoc committee for 4 to 5 years.

I fail to understand how an NOC is required for change of name in electricity department. you do not require any NOC from any ad hoc committee. Just provide transfer documents to electricity Department. it shall suffice your purpose for name change.

NO OBJECTION CERTIFICAT I declare I have freely consented and given No Objection to Change of Name. I declare that this Change of Name will only be used to change the name of the electric connection.
