Need info related to property and divorce/stay separate from husband

I am married for 27 years now. because of my husband i lost my son.Now he is targeting my daughter. in fear of him & society all these years i kept quite but now its enough. we dont have house to stay. if we stay away from my him he will give the property to someone else as he has affairs outside. Is there a law wherein even if my husband wants to sell property or give it to someone, he cannot. because nowhere mine or my daughters name i s mentioned even as nominee.
This is my response to you:
1. You will have to file a divorce petition;
2. In the same petition you can claim 50% ownership on the property;
3. You can also seek maintenance;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
