My bank lawyer is asking Completation certificate (CC) to go ahead with my loan application.
My flat is ready but the building has one more floor and construction isnt complete in those flats..
Can my builder obtain CC..
I have already paid the advance amount and agreement amount and my registry is about to be on april 2021.
As per your query in law rato no till the building is completed the builder will not receive completion certificate . Once the flat gets completed thslen only the builder can receive cc and for further query u can contact with a lawyer
