Mothers property sold by son in law without informing what to do

sir, My Name is Mala Mishra.I have no brother and sister.My question is that there is a property in my mother's name in Madhubani District of bihar.But my son in law has registered that property in his name without my knowledge and have sold many of them.So what can I do in this case.Can I file a case on my son in law?

It is not clear from your question as to how your son in law got the land registered in his name when it was in the name of your mother. Your son in law has got no right, title over the property of your mother. Your daughter has the right but it can be decided by way of partition of the property in the court of law or by meats and bounds. You can file a criminal case against your son in law under the criminal law or get the registered sale deed set aside by filing a civil suit in the civil court.
