Mentioning of linear boundaries in POA to execute relinquish deed

Aim : to execute relinquish deed by General power of attorney After the sudden demise of our father, for the welfare of the family our mother decided to transform the properties which are on my father's name to my name. My sister is in USA. Among 4 properties, one property is partition deed ;Is it required to mention linear measurements /boundaries in POA to execute relinquish deed ? Please assist me on this

it is better if you can mention it, it will only make it easy and solve your purpose in future and in case of dispute the measurements can be shown, it is not compulsory to insert the clause/measurements in the Relinquishment deed.
