Legal option for the owner to vacate stay by unconnected people

A landlord won a case against a tenant the court sent the Ameena and got the tenant evicted, some unconnected miscreants have pasted a stay notice on the door, how should the landlord go about it the owner is a Hindu
I'm not sure why you have mentioned that the Owner is a Hindu because in general, landlord-tenancy do not come under personal laws such as Hindu Law unless it's an HUF property or there is a matter of personal law involved. What does this stay order state? If such a stay order is pasted, then the case details would also be given in which such a Stay has been granted. Does this Stay Order affect you? Is it a Stay Order taken by the Tenant? A tenant after losing a case (since the landlord won the case) can appeal such Order and take a Stay on the same.
