Legal Documentation for Claiming Ancestral Property Share Without Disp

28-Mar-2024 (In Property Law)
After my grandfather's death, the land was transferred to my father and uncle. Now, my father has three sons, including me. I would like to mutually claim my share from my father to sell my part in future, without any dispute. Due to this being ancestral property, can a gift deed or registered agreement suffice without incurring additional costs in stamp duty, ensuring the protection of my share from any potential claims?
