Land Sold By NOT actual Owner. Actual Owner Asking For Money

A land was sold to us by a person who had the right to use the a piece of land. But he sold to us and took money. The actual owner was the witness. Now the actual owner is asking for money and is not willing to give the land. When we try to cultivate on the land. He filed a police complaint. What legal actions can be taken by us. Please help.
lodge your complaint with the local police station against both the fake owner and the actual owner for cheating and fraud. Ask police to register FIR u/s 420/415/423/120B IPC. If police do not register FIR then file a petition u/s 156(3) of CrPC before the Judicial Magistrate to register your complaint as FIR and police to investigate into this matter and file chargesheet against the accused.
