i have a house in our name. we have purchased it from many years and our family is staying there since last 40 years. But the land on which the house is there is in name of many peoples and which has our name also. only the house is in our name. now i have to built new house there. but if i demolished the old house can the rest of the people claim on that land? or i can built the house there legally without any issue?

1. You will need NOC of them as well;
2. They may object later on and take you to court;
3. How did you build the house without their permission?
