Hi, It is possible to get varisu certificate, hide the own brother and sister.. If it's possible means...can you please say how to stop that action...what are the preventive action I need to take... Br Anand

First consult an Advocate to sent notice to the about legal heir certificate , stating that you also one of the legal heir. As far as legal heir certificate is concerned you approach authority concerned by making written representation stating that, you name had been omitted and request them to cancel the previous certificate and issue new one.
