Issue with Builder Provided Security

We have a property in Delhi, where my family is currently staying. The building security is managed by the Builder. The problem is, the guard - a husband and wife (wife mostly manages during the day) have been misbehaving with my family, abusing my parents, sister, etc. and when we complain to the builder, he wouldn't pick up calls or reprimand us only instead of Doing anything about it.
You can file a police complaint against the guards and take appropriate action against them. Also if the builder is not taking the responsibility of maintaining the security, you can sue him for compensation. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact
