I lack any proof related to property and fear of encroaching by relati

My uncles take care of shop and they have name on electricity bill, water bill etc and I have nothing as my father died when I was 7 year old. Now I fear they will reject to give my share. Shop has no proper documents on anyone's name but only VORAASAT on all five sons of my grandfather.
What should I do so that I can escape any fear of illegaly taking my share by my uncles.
Please help.

1. Then first send a legal notice;
2. Ask your uncle to divide the shares;
3. If they do not agree then file a partition suit on the place where the shop is located;
4. File injunction applications;
5. Consult a local lawyer and then take legal steps.
