How will grandfathers property be divided after his death ?

04-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
MY grandfather died 8 years back. My grandmother is alone. I have 3 uncles and 2 aunts. All the family members do not share details of property, do not talk to each other. My grandmother used to stay with youngest uncle and now she is abandoned. My grandmother is not detailing about the property details. As of now she some time stays with us and some time alone. Every now and then day she says to resolve property issue and give all property to the youngest uncle who used to stay with her long period and says all the uncles and my father left the house after marriage. My father is eldest and he does not want any problem after demise of my grandmother. But no one talk and wants to solve this problem. I heard that giving notice to all brothers and sisters about giving the details about their share if any in the property of the grandparents is right way to get the details or please let me know how we proceed further. I'nt getting right path by equal distribution.

See if your grandfather has died intestate that is without leaving a will then his entire property would devolve equally to all his class 1 heirs. So you can send a notice for partition to all the stakeholders to divide and share the property among themselves.
However if the parties are not doing that by themselves then you can file a suit for partition by metes and bounds in the civil court.
Also, file for a succession certificate in the civil court and get a legal heir certificate from the SDM office right away.
