How to transfer the property on my name

Sir, My Father died in 1988 and My Grand Father passed away in 1991. My Father is the only child of my Grand Father and I am the only child of my Father. Our property belongs to my Grand Father's Name and I don't have My Father's and Grand Father's Death Certificate's as they are lost.In this scenario, how can I get Succession of the property or how can I transfer the property in my Name. Please help me with your valuable suggestion.
To file succession case 2 documents r requrd. 1. Death Certificate n survival certificate. If u lost dt, u cn reissue d same. To pray 4 reissue u need a missing entry take from local Police Station. With dt missing entry numbr u cn pray 4 reissue d death certificate. Aftr getting dt certificate u pray 4 survival certificate. U hv to hv death certificate n survival certificate for ur fdr n grand fdr. Then u cn file succession case in civil court. Except those documents u cant get legal relief
