My father bought land in the name of my mother and the flat he bought from sell of our paternal property in the name of my younger brother. After demise of my mother he said that , you will take the land. Now want to sell that land to buy a flat but they (father and brother) are saying that we will not give this land to you. The paper of land is with me. How can sale this property without them? What should I do now ? Please help with proper solution.

See although your father promised that you could take the land after the demise of your mother but there has been no such agreement on paper so it would be very difficult to prove that you had a contract with your father. Now as the land is in the name of your mother so after her death it will be transferred to all her class 1 heirs which includes you but you can have only your share in the land and not the entire land.
