How to obtain maintenance services of flat from builder

I bought a flat last year in September 2016. It was ready to move flat. As I started staying there I found that there are some issues regarding plumbing work, painting work and carpenter work. Now builder is not addressing those issues. I have already paid maintenance charges till next year. Please suggest.

You should go through your contract again and check is maintenance charges paid by you are for entire building maintenance. Usually Maintenance charges are not paid for maintenance of house, it for entire building related issues such as Lift, parking etc. Having said that , if your charges are for personal house in which you are living you can go to consumer court and file a case for defective service against the builder.
