How long stay is valid in high court?

Hi, my case is in lucknow high court The opposition party got stay against my board of revenue order 2.5 years ago. But after that they didnt extend their stay. So is their stay is vaccat already. What I have to do to vaccat their stay. Pls reply. Thanks
there are two kinds of stay order's one is permanent and other is time bound.
as you are saying that the other party didn't extended the stay order that means the stay was time bound and it needed to be extended on each and every date when the case was listed.
so if the other party omitted to get it extended on any date then the stay is already vacated and therefore you need to ask your advocate to agrue the matter
