How can I make sure that I am not cheated by the developer?

We have a 2 rooms in a chawl with ground plus one structure. has declared plot as slum in 1978. Ground has 38 rooms and first floor has 27 rooms. Now developer wants to develop under s r a,but he gets FSI under s r a for ground floor tenants only so he went to court and high court has directed him to represent the case with proper govt authority for first floor eligibility. Now developers makes signing a petition refer to collector s r a ( encroachment and removal). Our worry is developer wants to remove us without giving flat or doing correct procedure.Above collector (encroachment and removal) is the right place to represent for eligibility or wants to cheat us. Can you pl guide us
Approach a Civil Court and obtain an injunction against the developer restraining him from dispossessing you from the property without following due process of law. If required make the statutory authorities also parties to the injunction Suit.
