Hindu Succession Act 2005 Need legal advice for House property disput

I am 59 Year old only son & i have elder 3 sisters than me to my Father who died in 2004. I am living in house with my wife & son which is belongs to Father (ascenstral property) . My Elder sisters were married & living with thier families . My query is House where i am living now is my sisters have same right by act on property ? becuase my sisters sons says that they have equal right in this house . Please help me which legal advice

All the legal heirs of the deceased person have equal share in the property in the name of the deceased.
if you wish to own the property, then the other legal heirs will have to make one single release deed in your favour, releasing their share (1/3rd) each in your favour.
in case your mother is alive then even your mother has to make a release deed to the same effect.
