Grandfather wrote will in father's name now uncle's claiming property

Hi,I want to take your advice regarding a property case.In which my grandfather made a will that my father will be the whole sole owner of his property after his death.And it was documented in in front of the government registrar in a civil court of our region.After 4 years of my grandfather's death the other brothers of my father want to take some part from that.That will was signed by one brother of my father and one other family friend. I want you know about it that what are chances in this case??

Will comes into effect after the death of the person who makes will. In this case that is grandfather. If in a will it has been clearly stated that property will devolve on your father as absolute owner than no other person can take any part from that property as a matter of right. This property belongs wholly to your father.

You are in a very strong situation. If the will is registered then no other person can claim so. But if he does then you can contest your case on the basis of your will and you also have to get it proved by the two witnesses of the will in the court.
