Gift/Transfer Of Property To Mom

My mom and I have a property in Mumbai. Both of us are the owners. However, I like to gift my share of property (50%) as well to my mom so she becomes 100% owner of the property.
This is my response to you:
1. You can execute a Release Deed;
2. The stamp duty and registration fees is nominal;
3. Plus there is effective transfer of property;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
