Fradulant of Registered GPA of immovable property
29-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
On of the case recently happened..GPA was registered without informing principles at sub registered office to unknown person while making others registration on the same day...After. Months when they check for encumbrances copies..above entries was found and GPA holder executed 1 sites in favour of other's and one more site to other and it was mortgaged in bank on the same day what to do in This case...shall we revoke GPA and shall we cancel the deeds executed by GPA holder..
I could not clearly understand the meaning of .-GPA was registered without informing principals - whether the GPA was executed by the principal or not? whether that unregistered GPA got registered without the signature of that principal ? whatever the case you better revoke the GPA immediately.
