Forged documents and forceful acquisition of land claiming it's theirs

My mother and her sister brought piece of land in a combined manner and out of courtesy my mother's other (it's 3rd sister)sister looking after the land for few years , now they have created a forged document of 100rs stamp ppr fakely signed my mother's sign and claiming we have an agreement with them of sale and they have leded us money in cash . Now we got to knw they filed case against us , and our summons status is awaiting since 4months , what will be next step for us ?

if the documents have been forged then the onus is on you that the documents are not authentic, for that your mother will have to come forward to explain her position on the alleged sale of the land. If it's proven that documents have been forged then you will need to seek orders to make the agreement null and void.

Well, you need to defend yourself by hiring a lawyer to represent you all in Court Proceedings filed by your mother's 3rd Sister under the concerned provisions of law. You need to pay Court fees as well as Professional fees of lawyer to defend your case.
