Q: Need suggestion on credit card debt from abroad

Sir/Madam, I'm a returned student from abroad with credit card debt of around $15k and I'm still paying the monthly payments for the debt. But from next month I can't pay anymore. I dont have a penny to pay to them. I know their collection agencies follow me. I want to know how to face them or escape from them

Q: How to take my refund money paid for immigration service

Does a retainer agreement have any legal standing??I signed an agreement with an immigration Service for immigration to Canada.They were paid 75000 but we're no good .We Never went beyond document collection stage and are still in the process of gathering documents...I have asked for a refund to which they first refused saying it was mentioned in the retainer agreement that fees are non refundable but have now agreed to a 50 percent refund but will not provide more as the retainer agreement allows them to keep the money.is this legal? besides the agreement was signed using digital signatures..

So in your case the fees chargeable has to be as per the applicable Canadian rules applicable to registered migration agent. As per your, the fees charged just for initial documentation appears excessive, best alternative is to ask for a detailed invoice with itemised bill which will give you overview of the fees charged.

Q: How can I make my visa application as i am HIV positive

I am an Indian citizen and want to apply for UK tier 4 visa. I have a scholarship to do PhD at Nottingham. Two years before my study visa application for New Zealand was rejected due to my HIV positive status. What are the chances of my UK tier 4 visa getting refused based on previous refusal or HIV positive status. How can I make my visa application strong.
