Q: Fee refund from college when admission withdrawn after start of course

I paid 11 lakh as admission fee for sp Jain mba course. Online classes also started meanwhile I was selected at iim ahmedabad and hence i cancelled my admission at sp jain. They deducted around 8 lakh and paid back 3 lakh to me. As per aicte circular of a student leaves course and that seat is filled by other student then at pro rata basis amount is deducted and rest amount is returned to student. so am i eligible for fee refund

it is possibly correct that AICTE guidelines suggest that if the seats are filled then only tuition fees and other charges on pro-rata basis can be retained. You may need representation to understand the basis of their calculation and also the pro-rata adjustments made. This would help in determining if they have complied with AICTE guidelines and if not then evaluation of your legal avenues.

This is the matter in which your contractual terms need to be reviewed. if the terms expressly mentions your entitlements then you have a strong case to enforce your right with a civil suit and ask for specific performance. Time is also of essence as if the remaining flats are sold it may legally complicate things for you. You should also explore the option of injunction.

Q: Forged documents and forceful acquisition of land claiming it's theirs

My mother and her sister brought piece of land in a combined manner and out of courtesy my mother's other (it's 3rd sister)sister looking after the land for few years , now they have created a forged document of 100rs stamp ppr fakely signed my mother's sign and claiming we have an agreement with them of sale and they have leded us money in cash . Now we got to knw they filed case against us , and our summons status is awaiting since 4months , what will be next step for us ?

if the documents have been forged then the onus is on you that the documents are not authentic, for that your mother will have to come forward to explain her position on the alleged sale of the land. If it's proven that documents have been forged then you will need to seek orders to make the agreement null and void.
