sir namaste i kept my flat for sale iam selling my flat for 20 lakhs .how to take money without any fraud or legal issues please guide me best possible way. i require best way to take without any before agreements.i want one time clearance on the same registration day.
Mention the complete sale consideration, mode of payment and possession clause in the registered Sale Deed, and obtain a written acknowledgment from both parties. This minimizes the risk of fraud and future legal disputes.
