As being his wish and will and has brought up from his child hood his younger brother eldest brother declared him as his son and same relation continued till his death. Now the question here is Despite the pink has not been continued in the latest days . Does the card family relation declaration is valid ? And the same can be used ?

A family relationship declaration card may be used as supporting evidence if it was validly issued by the competent authority. Non-renewal or non-continuation alone does not automatically invalidate it. However, its evidentiary value depends on the issuing authority, purpose, records and applicable rules. To establish legal sonship or inheritance rights, additional proof may be required. Consult the relevant authority or court before relying on it.

Q: Advice how to proceed further on debt clearance

Sir, i took 2.5 lak from a local lender to whome I gave empty cheque and promissory note with sign without date. It was happened before 3 years. I gave some interest but I cannot pay the interest continuously for long time. Now I am ready to repay the principal and asking some time to pay the part interest and asking for excuse for the balance interest. But the lender is threatening me to put me court with criminal case and got my govt job removed. What to do sir/ma'am now? I am aged 37 wt2 kids

Send a legal notice proposing repayment of the principal amount and reasonable settlement of interest.Do not issue another cheque or sign blank documents without legal advice.A cheque-bounce case under Section 138 NI Act may arise if statutory conditions are met; an undated cheque is not automatically invalid.The lender cannot directly remove you from government service merely because of a private debt. Seek service-law advice if formal action is threatened.

Q: My husband is not giving any financial support for family monthly expe

what rights do we hav to get financial support for me as wife and my 2 children and he acts like no job, but, havng sufficient money for his parents, friends, movies, and himself, except for we 3. He acts unhealthy and never was transparent and genuine in financial support. Creating trauma, blaming,black mailing abandon of us if we ask him money fr our bare requirements. My monthly salary is not sufficient in this metro city to pay rent, maintnance, fees mnthly expenses, electricity,etc.

The son may contest the proceedings before the RDO under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, by filing a detailed counter with supporting evidence. He can seek summoning of tenants, production of rent receipts, bank statements and property records to verify the alleged rental income. He may also challenge selective allegations and disclose his genuine financial obligations, including special-needs child expenses. However, the case cannot be stayed merely because other siblings are wealthier. Seek appropriate interim relief and a reasoned order from the RDO. If deliberate false statements are proved, request action in accordance with law. All allegations must be supported by admissible evidence.
