Q: Combined property of me and my wife but she gave the property for rent

Its acombined property on my name and my wife name but she gave the property to rent without my knowledge. Can I serve the notice to them to vacate the house.

When a property is registered on both of your name, you both will have equivocal rights in all the activities with respect to your property jointly. At the time registration what clauses you mentioned in the deed of registration. Else, in general you both shall give consent for giving rent to the tenants or to vacate. Q: Clarification on Property Ownership Rights and Sale Deed Details

Hello,I bought the house myself in Hyderabad under my name, but the deed also mentions my husband’s name, stating that I am the wife of so-and-so. In this case, does he automatically have equal ownership rights, or can he make any ownership claim in the future?

No, rights do not transfer automatically even if your husband's name appears on registration deeds unless the property purchased jointly mentioned so. You will not have equal ownership rights. and he can't make any claim in the future also unless above stated so.

Q: Forcefully stay with inlaws and domestic violence

My inlaws mistreated me and instructed to stay away with them...and I went separate with my husband..after they misleded my husband against me and then he beated me few times for their parents..before marriage he promised me to stay away from acting and now he is doing reels , photoshoots and posting in public with his contact number.am feeling so insecure because of his social media attention seeking.he knows that I don't like those behaviour but still he is doing same.what action should I take

You may file a Domestic Violence Case against your in-laws and husband for causing you mental agony, seeking protection order and compensation for damages happened to you. Your husband is not maintaining you, you would also seek maintenance under that act. If you are not willing to live with your husband and you may file divorce. ask for residence order also under DVC act.

Q: Neighbors illegal construction

My immediate neighbor has GHMC permission for ground plus two floors, he had constructed illegally three additional floors and also not leaving the set back from my house

if what you stated is so, you may file requisition to the GHMC authorities for taking necessary action against the illegal construction and if it permits to build more than 2 floors in that area, GHMC may impose penalty for illegal construction and to regularization.

Yes, you can file a quash petition before the concerned high court. you have to gather such evidence to prove before the court. you can also file a case for false allegations made against you intentionally.
