Its acombined property on my name and my wife name but she gave the property to rent without my knowledge. Can I serve the notice to them to vacate the house.

When a property is registered on both of your name, you both will have equivocal rights in all the activities with respect to your property jointly. At the time registration what clauses you mentioned in the deed of registration. Else, in general you both shall give consent for giving rent to the tenants or to vacate. Hello,I bought the house myself in Hyderabad under my name, but the deed also mentions my husband’s name, stating that I am the wife of so-and-so. In this case, does he automatically have equal ownership rights, or can he make any ownership claim in the future?

Your husband is not maintaining you, you would also seek maintenance under that act.
