Namasthe sir, Better you ask the vendee to pay the whole amount of your flat which agreed upon to make registration on his him on the spot of registration. So, no issues will arise further. Both reciprocal promises would perform on the same day. You will have no worries at all.

Hello Sir, if you and your wife are intending to settle the family/ marital disputes amicably. then, come to an understanding by entering into memorandum of settlement terms with regards to your terms and conditions and before the mediation centre preferably. Because, private agreements may not be safer for the long run. with regard to every term respecting the Custody of child and other terms. You also need to mention in the memorandum of all the cases those are filed by your wife against you to withdraw by your wife.

You may complain about him to his superior on his fault who is a district registrar in your district. it is a crime when he does not charge full register fees as per prescribed laws. He will be penalised for his wrongdoing. Being a public servant he should work sincerely and honestly.

Hello Madam, if your mother in law and husband left you for no reason, you may file for the Restitution of Conjugal Rights, Else, you can also file 498a case if the harassment is more and caused injuries mentally and physically. But, I would suggest if you again want to return union with your husband and continue the conjugal life, rather than filing 498a case, approach family elders for mediation to be held. You can also file for maintenance for yourself and children too if in case you have any, through various hindu laws
