Father in law made will and gave property to his wife ans elder son

Property was not registered in my father in law 's name. But on demand he made a saledeed and gave equal share of land to younger son. Then made a will where remaining property was divided in 2 equal shares to his elder son and wife. Is the will valid??
.... No and you need to challenge the disposition of property.... The challenge will have to be made by your wife as she will be entitled to a share of the property .... twin challenges must be made... one to the sale deed and the other to the will..
