Fake Allegation filed against siblings for illegal possession

Eldest sister filed fake allegation as she holds the POA with her name on it, however, the property was purchased by parenst who passed away 15 years back. We are total 4 siblings including her and the POA and Affidavit is under her name as she was 18 + and smart enough to influence our mom for ownership when the property was purchased. Please advice the grounds for stay and further procedure to avoid legal issues.
This is my response to you:
1. The poa does not transfer title;
2. After the death of real owners the property is divided to all legal heirs;
3. This will be as per the laws of succession;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
