Execution of registered will of immovable property

My mother made a will of house registered in registrar office.How to transfer this will to beneficiaries after her death?

The will will be effective after the death of the executor and after that the successors have to move to the District court for PROBATE and the district court will give a order on probate. After that you have to show in all concerned department and get the property transferred in the name of the person in whose name the will had been executed.

You will have file a probate petition for declaration of that will. The petition will be filed in local jurisdiction of the court where the immovable property is situate. For further assistance the will and property papers have to be perused. Plz contact me for further assistance
