Q: Execution of registered will of immovable property

My mother made a will of house registered in registrar office.How to transfer this will to beneficiaries after her death?

The will will be effective after the death of the executor and after that the successors have to move to the District court for PROBATE and the district court will give a order on probate.After that you have to show in all concerned department and get the property transferred in the name of the person in whose name the will had been executed.

Q: What action can be taken against transportation deptt

Hi sir, I had booked my car for transfer from X to Y which was supposed to reach in a week . Now it has been 4 weeks and there is no sign of my car moreover, the owner of the transport is ignoring my calls and doesnot respond to my any message. What can i do in this case as i. Really pissed off with my car not being delivered and fear something else might have happened. I am feeling helpless sir, what can i do now? I am in Y now.

lodge a police complaint for misappropriation of property and also for forgery and fraud.You can also move to consumer court for the same. the forum depends upon the value of the car and losses which you had suffered and the damages you will claim.

I m talking on behalf of my sister we live in delhi.mg sister got engaged a guy living in saket in delhi in november 2017. And after 8 month on 15 july 2018 that man called my sister to talk nd he revealed that he is having an affair with another girl nd he was refusing to get maarry with my sister we didnt have any idea about that even at the begining before engagmnt we asked him about any girls in his life he refused.... But now he revealed everything about affair so we want to file a case against him....plzzz what kind of case nd sectiin we can file against him... He cheated on my sister?

Yes, Its a good case of fraud and cheating . File a police complaint and get the FIR registered . I FIR is not being registered then approach to court for the same .Please keep the call details for further use. Hmari ancestors property hai(mere husband ki grandmother ki property hai) building material ki shop hai 300gaj area paharganj mein.. Phle mere husband vha baithe the fir husband expired hue to uske baad mere brother in law baithe hai.. Ab unhone property sale ki without my permission.. Lease ki property hai unke pass papers bhi Ni the iss property ke.. Vo vha pe construction work bhi shuru ho chuka hai.. But in front of me vo accept Ni kr re ke sale ki unhone.. Aur mere bacho ka share bhi nhi Dena chahte.. Vha vo shop tut kr flats bnne hai jisme in sbka mere husband ke cousin's ka share hai but Mera nahi h share.. Cash mein bhi kuch Ni diya.. Poora Paharagnj accept kr ra hai vo shop sale except my brother in law.. So wat can I do?? Immediately action Lena hai but kaise kru kya kru plz let me know.. Rply asap..

YADI ANCESTRAL PROPERTY HAI TO COURT ME CASE KAR DO , STAY MIL JAYEGA. ANCESTRAL PROPERTY ME TO SABKA HAQUE HAI.JAHA TAK DUKAN KI BAT HAI YADI WO BHI ANCESTRAL HAI TO USME BHI HAQUE BANTA HAI, BUT PROOF KARNA PADEGA KI DUKAN BHI ANCESTRAL HAI.

Q: Legality in use of a part of private property for commercial purpose

Hi, I am from South Delhi and have a big farmhouse. I want to know how can I use my private property (some part like 600 square feet) for commercial purpose. I want to use this part as a personal training studio for my personal clients.I don't expect to train more than 3 or 4 clients in a day. I don't intend to open the studio for public use or register this as a business. Will this be considered illegal by my RWA? Is it OK for me to do this without informing any authority?

Prima facie it is illegal. any any one can register objection against this. It do not have any impact thta to how may person you are training. If some one is saying that 3 is ok , then other may say 4 is ok and so on.... the mode of using the same is change of land use . it can be done commercial or mixed use.
