Does sister have right in property when parents have died

My mother created will the will is registerd and mentioned my and my sister name. She dint mention my brother name. Me and my brother are staying toget heer in same property from past 30 years. But the property belongs to my father after his death it got transfer to my mother by court Now my brother is not agreeing. Do he hav rights?

Respected Sir,
The property is transfer to your mother name and at the time of her death she prepared will for that property . It is very clear that whatever mentioned in the will it s binding on all legal heirs. Hence there is no question of your brother is not a greeting on it.
