Do i have Right on my Grandmother flat.

The house i stay in is in the name of my grandmother..initially it was of my grandfather but after his death it was tranferred on her name. Now i used to stay in this house with my father. But since my fathet moved out of this house i stayed in this house with my wife n son.Now my uncle wants to move in this house with his family..Cant i still stay here as it was my Grandfathers house but since the ownership got transferred on my granny's name..she may ask me to move out in influence of my uncle

This is my response to you:
1. Ask your grandmother to make a Will in your favour;
2. Since she is the owner she can decide what she wants;
3. You can also make her sign an MOU permitting you to stay;
4. Consult a local lawyer with property documents.
