Do elder uncle has any right to house and land of my grandfather's

03-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather owned land and house. He died without will. My grandmother made a will making all movable and immovable property in the name of younger uncle and my father. According to property law. Every family member shares right to property. However, my grandmother will is also there. My question is do my elder uncle have any right to property in house and land in view of will grandmother,s will. If we want to sell land and house, the property papers before will, were in the name of the grandfather.
