Clarification on rules for having room under pagadi system law

I am 74 yrs handicpd person. Having pagadi system room in chwal since 75-80yrs. Do i have to vacant my. Pagadi house if i own one flat on my name? Do i have to vacant the room cos i am not staying regularly in that room due to health issues as tr is no propwr water and toilet facility. Please share rules for pagadi syatem property.
No you do not require to vacate the premises. If you are the owner of the house that means nobody can take it away from you except the landlord. If you sell the flat, the landlord gets a certain share from the flat which you have sold.
