Clarification on legal procedures to be followed to sell my flat

Hi Team, I want to sell my 1BHK Flat cost around 32 lacs in Pune which is just 2 years old. So what will be the charges for Stamp Duty, Registration etc and who will bear this me or the buyer?? I have paid the stamp duty, registration, VAT, and other taxes while purchasing. Thank You
It depends upon the market price of your property. As the transfer of registration will be done and then the ownership ans possession will be transferred to the buyer, also, make sure to make an agreement regarding the sale.
