If the property is a self-acquired property then in that case you can gift the same to anyone with your own free will and same is the case with the receipts which you will receive from selling the said property. No one can claim their share in the said. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact.

It depends upon the type of property you were possessing. If its a self acquired property, you may gift the sale proceeds to your son to the exclusion of your husband. However there are other aspects to be considered. You may seek a detailed consultancy

Hi, If you are the sole owner of the said property, then you may enter into an appropriate gift deed and gift the same to your son on your own volition. Your husband will have no right over the sale proceeds. Please feel free to contact me for any futher assistance

No your husband can’t claim any money out of your self acquired property! But if your husband has contributed the money for that property then he can claim his recovery out of the same ! Kindly b in touch with the same
