Can my husband claim any amount that I give to my son . If I sell my property and have 2.5 cr and I gift the total amount to my son . Can my husband claim to get some ot the entire money. We are hindu

If the property is a self-acquired property then in that case you can gift the same to anyone with your own free will and same is the case with the receipts which you will receive from selling the said property. No one can claim their share in the said.

If you are the sole owner of the said property, then you may enter into an appropriate gift deed and gift the same to your son on your own volition. Your husband will have no right over the sale proceeds.
