Can the property be registered before the owner's death

25-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
According to will of my grandfather the property was supposed to be divided between two brothers but one was deceased and his widow wanted a share and the other brother fought and won the legal battle. Now as the will says that only after the death of the mother of two brothers the property can be lawfully registered. Is there anyway it can be registered before?

As the will of your grandfather clearly states his intention of creating remaining interest in the property in your favour instead of creating absolute interest so the succession will happen accordingly and the court order would be limited the right over the property and the the time of its registration which must happen after the death of your grandmother as per the will.
