Can my aunt(mother younger sister) write her property on my name

Can my aunt (mother younger sister- Chithi) can write her property on my name as settlemet in favour of family member (Hindu Religion)- pls suggest. If its not possible then please suggest how this can be sorted out with less registration and stampduty as its not sale and transaction within family. Settlement i)In favour of family members 1% On the market value of the property but not exceeding Rs.25000/- 1% on the market value of the property subject to a maximum of Rs.4000/- ii) Other Cases 7% on the market value of the property 4% on the Market Value
