Can children of married daughter claim right in her fathers property

15-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
We have a bagayat jamin (land) at Tarkarli, Malvan, Maharashtra which was purchased by my mother. We are Hindu in religion. We are three brothers and five sisters (every one is married) and in which 4 sisters are died. Now we are 3 brothers and 1 sister alive. So I want to ask the children of the 4 sisters who are died can claim right in this property or not. As now we are only 3 brothers and 1 sister is alive so now this property can be equally distributed in 4 of us or we have to give share to the children of died sisters too.

The Married daughter have equal right in the parental property after the advent of amendment in Hindu Succession Act 1956, that came into force since 9th sept 2005. The Hindu Succession Act, 1956, originally didn't give daughters equal rights to ancestral property. but the children of married daughter has no right
