07-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
If I have a registered POA of the second holder to sell property (my name and name of POA giver) which is mortgage with a bank and if I pay off the loan, is bank liable to give me the title and other legal , supporting documents or need special POA / Letter / Notice from second holder to release the document ?

This is my response to you:
1. This will entirely depend on the terms/clause inserted in the POA;
2. This will also depend on the stamp duty if paid and also if POA is registered or not;
3. You will have to be more clear with the contents of the POA;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
