Can a grandson claim grandfathers property if father is insane

mere papa ki mansik halat thik nahi hai. hame shak hota hai ki wo kahi kisi jagah sign karke makan ko bech na de. makan mere dada ke naam par hail. unki death hogai hai.

On mere assumptions you cannot say that your grandfather will sell the land/ house to someone. It being ancestral in nature yes you have the right over the property and you can ask you share in it. you can file a suit for partition and seek your share in the property
