By harassment and emotional blackmail forcefully sold the flat

In hindu family brother cheated by selling another brother's property by harrassment and emotional blackmail forcefully took the sign and grab all the money. This is happen before 15 years.. victims childern were minor that time but now they are well educated...can we get justise now.
This is my response to you:
1. After attaining majority the legal heirs should file a case within 3 months;
2. Since that too did not happen you wil have to condone the delay;
3. File a suit and an application for condonation of delay;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
