Buying land from legal heirs of deceased owner

Mr B R have his fore fathers property and he gifted some land to his son.at present B R expired and his son proposed to sell his land.know can we buy his land with out their sisters ,grand sons of bhagavath reddy and grand daughters signatures.plz give me sugetion
