Builder had taken loan after doing registery on property..

I want to know is it possible? That after selling some property the old owner can take loan on my name registered property..

No, it is not possible that previous owner can take loan against your property. And it is done by that person then you must take action against that person otherwise your property might get sold if that person does not repay the loan to the bank.

hello client as i can see ur issue is a serious issue . as the issue you have defined here is seems to be big fraud is been played upon you by the seller of the property with a malafidd intension so you need to file an urgent criminal action against the old owner of the property

Hi only that person can take loan by mortgaging the property to bank or is the absolute owner after selling the property the rights seizes so it is not possible to mortgage the property after selling it for more details please be in contact with our office thank you
