Appeal Against Maharera Order

The rera has passed the order in my favour to get the sales agreement registered as i paid more than 40% of the flat and builder was not executing the agreement as he wanted more money, can the builder appeal against the order? If yes the again how long will it take to get the relief
This is my response to you:
1. The builder should refund you;
2. If he does not then file a contempt petition against him;
3. The builder can file an appeal but probably he may not;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
