Dear Client In the above conspectus, since there was no will involved and the owner passed away intestate, by way of operation of law the class 1 legal heirs will be entitled to inherit the property, Please ensure mutation is done in your name to ensure proper transfer of title in your name. Feel free to get in touch in case of further discussions.

According to Hindu Family Law since you have inherited the property and you do not require to await the death of your sister to inherit her share. Post your sister's death being the near and dear and she does not having any progeny allows you to get her share as well.
