If a Non Resident Indian, files a false complaint in the NRI cell of India, then what are the provisions for the defendant to protect themselves from the legal actions that are likely to occur due to the complaint lodged?

hello client as i can see your issue i have read as a complaint has been lodged againat an NRI in NRI cell . yes offcourse there are options avilliable for protection is to urgently move to high court for the stay on complaint as well as take legal action against the complainant for filling a complaint against you . actiom agaiant your complaint can be on stopped or can be on hild by high court itself.
