I am an NRI, my parent's neighbor filed a criminal case against me

The case is just to harass my family over a land dispute. nI was in no way involved, I was in India visiting my parent's house on the date they mentioned in the case, hard to dismiss the case against my name. They send summons. What is the best way of defending the case, clearing my name, avoid any warrants? Do I have to visit India even if they can't deliver the letter to me? Can they give the letter to my parents? I don't live there.

dear client as per your query since false case is filed against you then you can apply for quashing of the case in High court as summon is sended to you so you have to apply for bail you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....
