dear sir mostly practised in NCLT . if the opposite party is private limited company can we have very good option to find insolvency and bankruptcy case under section 9. for this we need entire documents related to this for example voices lorry receipt bank statements the time period is 6 month takes 6 month to 1 year to finish the matter that the partition pay their debts otherwise to being insolvent

when you file a claim in yh NCLT, the petition states that the amount is recoverable along with interest and it is upto the bench as to how much of the interest they release in the claimants favour.
though the trend now a days is that they do order payment of interest in favour of the petitioner.
